This video spotlights students from River View High School.  River View Local School District belongs to the Ohio Appalachian Collaborative. These districts are continuously working hard to make a difference in students’ lives so that they graduate high school ready to tackle college, careers, and life. This video focuses on what students are taking away from the numerous opportunities to take advantage of dual enrollment, distance learning, and more. Listen to what students have to say about the important work that’s going on in the OAC.

District Goals for 2016-17 School Year

1. Develop a plan with the community to address our facility needs and get it accepted by the

majority in the Spring of 2017.

2. Have full implementation of quality Formative Instructional Practices (FIP) in every classroom

across the District.

3. Educate each student at their specific learning level and ability so that they all grow, progress,

and achieve according to the defined benchmarks and standards.

4. Every decision made in the District will be made in the best interest of kids and backed by

quality data.
